 Floor created for elevated living room addition.  Framing for living room addition is installed, roof is put on.  Framing is complete, inner wall ready to come down. The project called for replacing the deck off the back of the home with a new living space seamlessly connected to a remodeled kitchen. In addition to creating a new, large living area, the plan called for an exterior renovation around the front door and further main level remodeling to change the home into having a modern design. Work on the project will continue into 2012 and the home will be part of the 2012 Spring Remodeler's Showcase.
